North Heritage Construction Corporation is a full-service building and remodeling company in Newton, MA. We provide expert workmanship in all aspects of home construction and renovation in Newton and the surrounding towns, including Lexington, Arlington, Needham, and Beyond.

Our History

North Heritage Construction was established in 2004 in Chelmsford, MA by Adriano Mendes. When Adriano first started his firm, the company was small, and the focus was on remodeling. As Adriano's reputation for an incomparable work ethic and unmatched level of expertise grew, so too did North Heritage. In 2014, Adriano incorporated the company, and in 2014, we moved to Chelmsford. What was a typically a two- or three-man crew doing remodeling is now an in-house team of six skilled craftsmen with decades of combined experience in all facets of home building and remodeling, and established relationships with a wide range of respected subcontractors. When you choose to build a new home or home addition, or renovate your kitchen or bath, you'll be working directly with Adriano as the point person, yet you will also know that you have entrusted your home to a firm that is large enough complete your project in a timely manner. While many construction companies will opt to pursue only larger projects as they grow over time, Adriano understands that for a homeowner, every project is a big one. He and the team approach a bathroom renovation with the same level of attention to detail as they do a large-scale remodel or addition. At North Heritage Construction, when we say, "No project is too large or too small," we actually mean it. And we have experience to prove it.
